10 years.

What made you want to become a builder or join the building industry?

I always enjoyed being hands-on at school, and I loved the opportunities building gave you to always continue learning new skills.

What are you passionate about in the industry?

I'm passionate about using new building methods, teaching others and growing the Barwick Developments team.

What are your interests outside of work?

Mountain biking, golf, running, cars and going to vineyards!

Why should someone build with Barwick Developments?

To guarantee a high finish while using premium products throughout the build.

What does a normal workday look like for you?

Making sure everyone on site knows the objective for the day. Making sure gear and sub-trades are booked in to ensure the job flows smoothly and on schedule, as well as working with the team to build the project.

What is your favourite part of working for Barwick Developments?

The team as a whole would be my favourite part about Barwick Developments. Matt’s developed a great team culture which makes coming to work everyday very enjoyable.
