How many years of experience have you had in the Building industry?

I have worked at Barwick Developments for 1 year, and this is my first job in the industry.

What made you want to become a builder or join the building industry?

I love the variety that building offers and thrive on challenges, as they push me to grow and learn.

What are your interests outside of work?

Spending time with friends trying new foods and hobbies, and enjoying the beach in warmer weather.

What does a normal workday look like for you?

In the morning we start the day by having a look at our schedule and setting our goals for that day/week, and then we do our best to achieve everything we set out to do. At the end of the day we like to leave our site as tidy as possible so that we are all set up and ready to go for the next day.

What is your favourite part of working for Barwick Developments?

I get to work with a great team that care and want me to succeed.

What is your special skill outside of work?

I have great social skills and get on with anybody.
