11 years.

What are you passionate about in the industry?

Specialty timber feature works. I love the subfloor framework. Working with like-minded builders who are passionate about building interesting designs.

What are your interests outside of work?

Camping, hiking, running & spending time with my family and friends.

What does a normal workday look like for you?

Nowadays it involves working in the office:

• Regular communication with the construction team
• Being a point of contact for clients
• Estimating and scheduling projects
• Arranging and ordering materials and subcontractors
• Ensuring the projects run efficiently and smoothly.

In saying that, no two days are the same!

What is your favourite part of working for Barwick Developments?

The team - I have developed really strong friendships with the team. They are not only great at their jobs, but we all enjoyed a laugh and a good time both at work and outside of it. I also feel we are never limited by possibilities at Barwick Developments; Matt has always been open to us pursuing our areas of interest within the company and facilitating any training or assistance we need.

What is your special skill outside of work?

Bit of a self-proclaimed legend in the kitchen.
